Oktoberfest is the most famous in the whole world German national holiday. Every year on the feast of beer going around six million fans and admirers of this drink from around the world. The area of the Theresienwiese, where it occurs, is more than 26 hectares.  At the beer festival every year is consumed about 5 million. liters of beer and consumed more than 500 thousand of chickens, as well as increasing the number of bulls and other animals.

The right to take part in the festival are six breweries - Spaten (Shpaten), Augustiner, Paulaner, Hacker-Pshorr (Hakker-Pschorr), Hofbraeuhaus (Royal Court), Loewenbraeu (Lёvenbroy). Organizers with increasingly improved every year skill in attracting tourists to the fest of all ages and different social groups.
